I can’t believe that this paint is so popular considering one of the most important characteristics of Chalk Paint is that it is safe to use indoors on furniture!

Not only does this paint have VOC’s, (Volatile organic compound), that chalk paint should never have but also this paint has at least one toxic chemical that requires the following warning to be placed on the label “WARNING: This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.”

Does anyone read the label? Would you like to paint your child’s furniture with this??? Would you want to use this daily as a vocation?
